Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLMs
Experience with prompt engineering, streaming responses, confidence scoring, hallucination mitigation, workflows, and Agentic AI solutions
Ability to establish AI-driven development workflows
Strong architectural mindset with scalable systems design
Experience building cloud-native, distributed applications
Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar messaging technologies
Strong understanding of asynchronous workflows
Experience designing solutions using Cosmos DB, MongoDB or other document databases
Proven experience with Next.js including App Router, Server Components, and Server Actions
Preferred experience with Azure cloud services and AI orchestration frameworks
