Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive Agile implementation and transformation initiatives.
Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint and project goals.
Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, risks, and dependencies using Agile management tools.
Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.
Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Drive effective communication between business, technical teams, and leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification required.
Strong experience working as a Scrum Lead/Scrum Master with engineering or software development teams.
Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience driving Agile transformation and implementation initiatives.
