About the role
- Plan and manage retail and channel marketing activities across brick-and-mortar consumer electronics stores and e‑retail.
- Responsible for marketing budgets / marketing funds (OPEX), including planning, tracking and ROI management.
- Develop and maintain a retail marketing calendar and coordinate national campaign rollouts.
- Work closely with consumer electronics retailers and e‑retailers (co‑marketing, promotions, product placements).
- Ensure brand‑compliant presentation at the point of sale and in digital retail environments.
- Perform performance analysis and reporting based on relevant KPIs and derive optimization measures.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in channel, retail or trade marketing within the German market.
- Strong understanding of the consumer electronics retail landscape in Germany.
- Experience in budget and marketing fund management.
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset and KPI‑driven approach to work.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
