About the role

  • Design and development of training and enablement programs for consumer electronics retail.
  • Delivery of regional, national and online training sessions.
  • Subject-matter leadership and coordination of trainers within the project.
  • Close alignment with Channel Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent content.
  • Development of training materials (product, sales arguments, retail excellence).
  • Evaluation of training effectiveness using defined KPIs.
  • Adaptation of international training content for the German market.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in retail training, sales training or enablement.
  • Ideally experience in the consumer electronics or tech sector.
  • Strong instructional/didactic skills and a confident presence.
  • Structured, self-directed working style and proficient use of the Adobe Suite and Google Suite for creating, preparing and organizing training content.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany.
