About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, engage, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners to expand TMGM’s regional footprint.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
- Structure and negotiate competitive commission models (IB rebates, CPA where applicable) aligned with business objectives.
- Drive trading volume, net deposits, and client acquisition through your existing network and ongoing partner development.
- Support partners with marketing materials, training, and strategic guidance to maximise performance.
- Track partner performance (volume, deposits, activity), providing insights and optimisation strategies.
- Stay up to date with competitor activity, regional trends, and regulatory developments across the UAE/MENA region.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.
- Ensure all partner activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a **Business Development Manager / Partnerships Manager within FX/CFD brokerage**
- **Active book of business** within the UAE/MENA region (IBs, affiliates, or direct clients)
- Strong understanding of **IB models, rebates, spreads, and trading flows**
- Demonstrated ability to generate **consistent net deposits and trading volume**
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven, commercial mindset with a strong focus on results
- Based in the UAE
