<p> </p><p><em><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></em></p><p>- Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering or related field, or equivalent via education and/or work experience</p><p>- 2 years’ design experience in circuit and control panel design and/or commissioning of control systems for industrial applications</p><p>- Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards related to control panel design including device selection, cable selection etc. </p><p>- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial PLC and field I/O</p><p>- Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD or equivalent drawing tool for industrial applications</p><p>- Demonstrated success as contributing member in project team </p><p>- Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts</p><p>- Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills</p><p>- Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility</p><p>- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook</p><p>- Availability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 15%, sometimes, with limited notice</p><p> </p><p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></em></p><p>- 5 years of design experience, specializing in motor drive design, utility scale photovoltaic inverter systems, circuit design and/or control panel design</p><p>- Electrical hardware design experience.</p><p>- Exposure to electrical panel design, wiring and build</p><p>- Familiarity with industrial PLC and associated I/O</p><p>- Familiarity with industrial panel manufacturing and commissioning practices</p><p>- Demonstrated experience with software design for industrial PLC, distributed I/O, and HMI systems</p><p>- Advanced Excel Skills </p><p>- Familiarity with Visual Basic programming or equivalent</p><p> </p>
