• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of sellers focused on enterprise accounts and multi-channel partnerships.

• Advocate for TLDR externally by representing TLDR in high-stakes conversations, large opportunities, and strategic negotiations

Director of Sales – Strategic Accounts

Copywriter

• Write persuasive, high-converting ad copy for our sponsors that aligns with their goals and TLDR’s editorial tone.
• Partner with our sales and marketing teams to refine and improve outbound templates, follow-up emails, and pitch decks.
• Write and optimize paid ad copy across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, newsletter sponsorships, etc.) to boost CTRs and conversion rates.
• Craft and test landing page copy that drives measurable conversions (ie. leads)
• Develop and maintain TLDR’s voice, tone and messaging across all channels.
• Use data and testing to continually refine messaging for better engagement and outcomes.

Conversion Copywriter

Product Marketing

• Collaborate with GTM leaders to translate business questions into analytical work, deliver insights and recommendations that materially impact revenue.
• Build the monetization model. Forecast revenue and pipeline health, then optimize pricing and discounting strategy.
• Own GTM analytics end-to-end. Establish ICP and TAM, prioritize markets, set territories and quotas, and tune MQL to SQL scoring and routing with SLAs, and build the coverage model from segmentation to handoff.
• Standardize and quality control our data ecosystem. Integrate CRMs, marketing automation platforms, forms, etc. to maintain cleanliness, and turn them into actionable analysis.

• Build Lifecycle Campaigns: Design automated nurture emails for inbound leads who don’t book meetings, and re-engage those who ghost AEs.
• Expand Engagement Programs: Send quarterly updates (e.g., media kits) and create segmented campaigns by product type, persona, or use case.
• Automate Sales Sequences: Build and optimize outbound sequences in Amplemarket.
• Collaborate with Sales: Partner with team members (like Upashruti) to ensure fields and workflows in Amplemarket are structured correctly.
