About the role
- Own and nurture customer relationships across your geographic territory, ensuring exceptional service delivery and account growth
- Lead account reviews and build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across brands and dealer networks
- Implement strategic business plans that drive adoption, retention, and expansion
- Manage seamless onboarding for franchised and non-franchised dealer networks
- Engage with senior stakeholders and C-level executives across automotive organizations
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, driving product improvements and best practices
- Work closely with sales and account management to build brand advocacy in the automotive sector
- Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and industry events
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering solutions within the automotive industry
- Strong network and relationships across the automotive sector
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and high-volume customer portfolios
- Demonstrated success in account-based project management
- Professional fluency in both French and English (required)
