About the role

- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to solutions

- Contribute to improving support processes and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service role or similar
- Fluent English (our working language)
- Fluent in Spanish or French
- Based in Europe
