About the role
- Drive features from conception to successful implementation
- Build stakeholder buy-in across Sales, CSM, and Support teams
- Own your products completely, including support
- Conduct field discovery to understand real dealership challenges
- Specific Areas You Might Own: Workshop efficiency and technician communication tools, customer communication and notification features, digital workflow optimization for service departments, and tools that reduce paperwork and manual processes
Requirements
- Worked as a Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, or similar role in automotive retail
- Experienced firsthand the frustrations of outdated dealership processes
- Fluent English
- Based in Europe
- Thrives in a remote-first environment with high autonomy
- Bonus: Based in Southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy)
- Speak Spanish, French, or Italian
- Some exposure to software/technology environments
- Previous experience driving process improvements
