About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure strategic visions are operationalized through DevOps, developer tooling, and platform operations.
- Own development tooling including JIRA and CI/CD toolchain.
- Partner with IT Operations and Development to improve engineering velocity and reliability.
- Drive a rigorous cloud cost-reduction program.
- Establish and enforce consistent engineering standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- Proven ownership of CI/CD platforms and development tooling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience operationalizing AI-assisted development
- Strong partner to IT Operations and IT Development
- Metrics-driven execution and telemetry building.
