About the role
- Stand Up the AI Center of Excellence (0-6 Months)
- Define the vision and strategy for AI at Tivity Health
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI
- Create the AI product playbook
- Identify and prioritize initial AI use cases
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI initiatives
- Partner with data science and engineering teams
- Run experiments and pilots to test hypotheses
- Own progress reporting for all AI initiatives
- Create compelling data stories to translate metrics into business impact
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record of shipping 0→1 products
- Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to prioritize
- Experience with metrics and reporting
- Healthcare or member-focused experience (preferred but not required)
