💰 €50,000 - €60,000 per year

About the role

  • Advising our clients and independently designing, realizing, and implementing tailored solutions based on the TIVITY platform
  • Creating end-to-end solutions — from the initial idea, through detailed user stories and mockups, to the finished product
  • Acting as the central interface between clients and the project/development team to ensure project success
  • Conducting in-depth product and competitive analyses of innovative and market-leading software solutions
  • Facilitating workshops to identify solutions for complex, technically demanding subject areas

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT consultant, product manager, solution architect, or in a similar role
  • Ability to analyze and interpret user/product requirements, develop solution approaches, and implement them
  • Experience coordinating activities and/or managing projects
  • Experience in change, release, and test management
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills, combined with a solution-oriented mindset and analytical thinking
  • Experience with distributed teams and remote working; you have a dedicated home office and reliable infrastructure
  • Strong customer orientation, personal accountability, planning and organizational skills, and determination
  • Knowledge of agile working and software development methods (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
  • Business-fluent German and English skills
  • Certification as a Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is a plus but not required
