About the role

  • Develop and maintain Metabase dashboards that provide visibility into critical metrics for clients and internal teams
  • Create ad-hoc analyses to support product, operations, and business decisions
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement from the data
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly
  • Organize and standardize metrics and KPIs for the Taís and Júlia modules
  • Ensure consistency and reliability of the information presented to clients
  • Document metric definitions, data sources, and calculation methodologies
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to understand data needs
  • Support leadership with analyses that inform strategic decisions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and visualization processes

Requirements

  • Strong experience in data analysis and dashboard development
  • Proficient in SQL for querying and investigating databases
  • Experience with Metabase or similar visualization tools (Looker, Power BI)
  • Ability to work with imperfect data and multiple information sources
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis is a plus
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts
  • Analytical mindset: ability to go beyond the numbers to understand root causes and business context
  • Autonomy and ownership: proactive in identifying opportunities and executing consistently
  • Clear communication: ability to translate technical analyses for different audiences
  • Attention to detail: understanding that incorrect data leads to wrong decisions
