About the role
- Active prospecting (Outbound): Conduct outreach to new accounts through multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn/Social Selling)
- Lead qualification: Screen and qualify leads (Inbound and Outbound)
- Meeting scheduling: Book high-quality meetings for the Account Executives (AEs) team
- Market intelligence: Map frequent objections and identify trends in customer conversations
- Cadence and CRM management: Keep the CRM rigorously up to date
Requirements
- More than 2 years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative
- A genuine desire to help potential customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
