About the role
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, META, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI
- Own the planning, scheduling, and execution of the social media calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on paid media and social campaign performance; make recommendations for ongoing improvement
- Support global demand generation activities, including campaign execution, list building, and tracking performance in HubSpot/Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns deliver qualified leads and pipeline impact
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, paid channels, and best practices
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in growth and/or digital performance marketing, with proven success managing paid campaigns
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, META Ads, Display/Programmatic and other paid platforms
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and execution in a B2B environment
- Experience working with HubSpot and Salesforce (or similar platforms)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize performance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Candidates based in the US (East coast or Central time zone only) or in the UK
- Office-based or hybrid options
