About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evaluate organizational workflows, business processes, and operational practices to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality, scalability, and performance
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives by analyzing current-state operations, identifying root causes, recommending sustainable solutions, and supporting implementation
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and optimize operations
  • Develop standardized workflows, operating procedures, process maps, and documentation supporting consistency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
  • Evaluate process-related organizational risks and recommend solutions to strengthen internal controls and operational reliability
  • Identify and promote best practices across departments
  • Lead complex organizational initiatives aligned with Titanium Healthcare's strategic priorities
  • Partner with executive leadership and operational teams on initiatives, process changes, and organizational opportunities
  • Facilitate meetings, project planning sessions, and cross-functional workgroups
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on operational improvements, technology enhancements, and process standardization
  • Monitor project outcomes and recommend adjustments for long-term sustainability
  • Develop operational metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators
  • Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends and prioritize improvements
  • Design and maintain reporting tools that provide leaders with actionable performance insights
  • Evaluate improvement initiatives using measurable outcomes and recommend enhancements
  • Evaluate business systems and workflows for efficiency, automation, and user-experience improvements
  • Collaborate on designing, testing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions
  • Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, workflow redesign, and user acceptance testing
  • Support reporting capabilities and workflow enhancements
  • Advise leaders on process improvement and organizational change
  • Influence cross-functional teams through collaboration and data-driven recommendations
  • Communicate operational concepts, project updates, and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and perform other assigned duties and special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, operations management, business administration, healthcare administration, public health, or another related field required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business process optimization, or continuous improvement
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple departments
  • Experience analyzing operational data, developing performance metrics, and using data to identify trends and support business decisions
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, process mapping, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing demands
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to influence change and achieve results without direct supervisory authority
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop practical, sustainable solutions
  • Strong business acumen balancing efficiency, quality, compliance, and organizational priorities
  • Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and electronically
  • Ability to identify problems and use logic and related information to develop and implement solutions
  • Adequate hearing and vision, with corrective devices if necessary
  • Ability to remain stationary and move around the office and/or travel throughout the community

  • Competence with computers, email, virtual platforms, and programs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, business systems, reporting tools, and data analysis software

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; Black Belt certification a plus
  • Healthcare, managed care, population health, or highly regulated industry experience preferred
  • Business systems, operational technology, or workflow automation experience preferred
  • Executive dashboard, performance metric, and organizational reporting tool experience preferred
  • Organizational change management experience preferred
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
