Requirements

What you’ll need

US Citizenship and ability to pass Federal government suitability screenings
High School Diploma/GED
At least 6 months of customer service experience
Full bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) in both verbal and written communication
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Chrome
Ability to successfully pass a level 2 government background investigation and drug screen
