About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and maintain the CRM roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Oversee the full application lifecycle — from design and development to deployment, support, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable and high-performing CRM solutions.
Provide technical oversight and governance, ensuring alignment with IT and business strategy.
Partner with Group and local IT teams for CRM integration, hosting, and reporting across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as a CRM Architect (minimum 5 years in a similar role).
Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, configuration, and customization.
Good knowledge of sales processes, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Experience in CPQ solutions is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data modeling, and CRM best practices.
Demonstrated experience managing application lifecycle and roadmap planning for enterprise platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align technical decisions.
Business knowledge of the manufacturing or B2B2C industries will be considered a strong advantage.
Ability to interpret and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Passion for innovation, AI, and digital transformation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Fluent in English (oral & written).
Fulfilled Military Obligations (if applicable).
Ability to travel to TITAN Business Units.
