Cloud Engineer

• Supporting and maintaining the integration architecture and ensuring alignment with IT/Digital and business strategies.
• Collaborating on the design and implementation of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans to meet agreed SLAs for critical applications and services.
• Assisting in cloud migration initiatives and evaluating their impact on infrastructure, networks, and security.
• Engaging in ongoing improvement activities, such as technology reviews, root cause analysis, and cloud portfolio reviews, to maintain optimal cloud environments.
• Partnering with Data Scientist teams to support Big Data analysis, data processing, and reporting on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Collaborating with IT Security Teams to ensure cloud infrastructure security and assisting with operational activities like log reviews.
• Supporting the integration and optimization of cloud-based platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365).
• Managing and optimizing physical and virtual environments for Windows and Linux servers, backups, and operating systems.
• Developing and maintaining cloud infrastructure documentation and working closely with vendors and consultants for service improvements and technology optimizations.

Human Resources

• Shapes, maintains, and coordinates the Group HR priority roadmap, ensuring clarity of focus, sequencing, and alignment with business direction.
• Provides governance and oversight across key HR initiatives and projects, ensuring progress, risk management, and delivery discipline.
• Brings structure and pace to complex, cross-functional initiatives, helping translate strategic intent into practical execution.
• Supports continuous improvement of ways of working within Group HR, strengthening planning, coordination, and follow-through.
• Acts as a trusted partner of the CPO, supporting the orchestration of the People agenda across the organization.
• Prepares and coordinates high-quality materials for Executive Committee, Board, and external audiences, ensuring clarity, coherence, and strategic narrative.
• Supports organization-wide initiatives such as transformation programs, organizational development efforts, and leadership priorities, as required.
• Proactively identifies emerging topics, risks, and dependencies, bringing forward options and recommendations.
• Steps in to lead, coordinate, or support priority HR initiatives depending on business needs and capacity gaps.
• Works closely with HR COEs, regional HR leaders, and corporate functions to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Provides analytical input, synthesis, and insight where needed to inform decision-making, without being tied to a single functional specialty.
• Acts as a reliable “go-to” leader for complex or sensitive initiatives requiring judgment, discretion, and senior-level engagement.
• Operates effectively across a matrixed, international environment, influencing without authority.

Group HR Planning and Projects Manager

Compliance

• Maintain and enhance Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and conflict matrices.
• Partner with Business Process Owners to design mitigating controls.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and coordinate remediation actions.
• Ensure alignment with SAP security and access governance standards.
• Identify, assess, and monitor IT risks across the Group.
• Maintain and update risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Design and review IT General Controls (ITGCs) and application controls.
• Execute and support ITGC testing (access, change management, backup, audit trails).
• Map IT controls to SOX requirements and ensure compliance readiness.
• Design and implement a Group-wide Change Management framework.
• Support the development of data governance policies (data quality, classification, lifecycle).
• Collaborate with the Group Data function on data integrity and protection initiatives.
• Contribute to the implementation of GRC tools (e.g., SAP GRC).
• Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership and audit committees.
