About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- We are seeking a professional to act strategically and in an integrated way in the management of employees' physical, mental and financial health, promoting well-being, quality of life and a positive experience throughout the employee journey.
- The position plays a key role in designing and evolving corporate health programs, with a strong data-driven focus, prevention and continuous improvement.
- Pillars of the Corporate Health Program: Physical Health and Well-being (Prevention and Ongoing Care), Mental and Psychosocial Health, Financial Health.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Desired education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Nursing, Human Resources Management, Public Health or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Corporate Health or related areas will be considered a plus.
- Desired knowledge: Solid experience in corporate health, benefits and wellness programs.
- Experience with health insurers, prevention programs or population health management.
- Experience in managing indicators and data analysis.
- Analytical, organized profile with strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Clear communication, active listening and a human-centered approach.
