About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for expanding, structuring and optimizing the distributor network in the indirect food channel
- Define and implement the distribution strategy via distributors for the food channel
- Develop geographic expansion plans focused on increasing market reach and expanding into interior regions
- Define the service model (exclusive vs. multi-brand, hybrid, regionalized operation)
- Prospect, negotiate and qualify strategic distributors
- Set sell-in targets and performance indicators
- Implement management routines
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out indicators by region and by distributor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields)
- Preferably experience with the indirect food channel and distributor management
- Preferably experience with small and medium-sized retailers
- Preferably knowledge of field routines (route planning, shelf activation, in-store execution)
