About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead innovation and product renewal projects from ideation through final delivery
Serve as the focal point between departments, ensuring alignment and integration
Define and track project schedules, activities, and deliverables
Lead alignment meetings and monitor the progress of initiatives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and delivery quality
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impacts across activities
Adapt plans in response to constant changes and shifting priorities
Ensure clear communication among all project stakeholders
Support continuous improvement of project management processes
Use project management tools (such as MS Project) to monitor initiatives
Seek solutions and optimizations, including the use of technology and artificial intelligence in day-to-day work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate/MBA in project management is desirable
Experience in managing product development projects (preferably in the food industry) with multidisciplinary teams, fostering stakeholder engagement related to projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills; experience with MS Project; knowledge of ERP systems
Experience in project management or project leadership; experience with Stage-Gate processes is a differential; familiarity with consumer goods, food and beverage companies is a plus
