About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead innovation and product renewal projects from ideation through final delivery
Serve as the focal point between departments, ensuring alignment and integration
Develop and monitor project schedules, activities, and deliverables
Lead alignment meetings and track the progress of initiatives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and delivery quality
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-activity impacts
Adjust plans in response to constant changes and shifting priorities
Ensure clear communication among all areas involved in the project
Support continuous improvement of project management processes
Use project management tools (such as MS Project) to monitor initiatives
Seek solutions and optimizations, including the use of technology and artificial intelligence in daily work

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; postgraduate degree/MBA in project management is a plus
Experience in product development project management (preferably in the food industry) with multidisciplinary teams, generating stakeholder engagement related to projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, MS Project, and knowledge of ERP systems
Experience leading or managing projects using Stage-Gate methodology, preferably in product development or launches within consumer goods, food, and beverage companies
