About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the sales process for medium and large retail chains;
  • Conduct visits to chain headquarters and individual stores to inspect product displays and identify needs;
  • Present business plans and proposals to clients;
  • Review the network’s income statement (DRE) and propose possible adjustments;
  • Use company systems to perform business-related tasks;
  • Maintain daily contact with clients to confirm agreed deliveries, ensure product quality standards are met, verify invoicing matches orders, and assess the effectiveness of the business plan;
  • Monitor and resolve product return issues;
  • Track competitors and market trends, analyze client needs, and plan sales strategies together with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Market Intelligence teams;
  • Oversee contract execution and manage renewal proposals for retail chains;
  • Report major opportunities and any deviations or gaps to the Accounts Coordinator.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or a related field; sales or marketing certification is a plus;
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and working with medium to large accounts;
  • Knowledge/Skills: Proficient in MS Office; understanding of sales, marketing and account management;
