About the role

  • Payroll management: Support payroll closing, calculate salaries, overtime, variable compensation, fixed and variable payroll events, and benefits integration. Provide support for financial integration, provisions, and payroll accounting; assist in verifying payroll-related charges (submissions to eSocial, DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital), ensuring all deadlines are met in compliance with current legislation.
  • Accounting reconciliation: Perform analyses of accounting and financial reconciliations related to payroll, with monthly follow-up with the accounting department.
  • Employee and partner support: Respond to, guide, and resolve employees' payroll-related questions and requests. Provide technical support that ensures clarity, reliability and good relationships with staff and partner areas.
  • External audit: Support the submission of reports and provide explanations to auditors regarding payroll processes.

Requirements

  • Preferred knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and Excel tools (including formulas and pivot tables) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to deadlines; accuracy in calculations and reconciliations to avoid inconsistencies.
  • Confidentiality: ensure the protection of employees' sensitive information.
  • Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
