About the role

  • Assist in monitoring the brand and product communication plan, validate content and liaise with the advertising agency to ensure the schedule is carried out;
  • Monitor CRM journeys and activations - internal and customer-facing;
  • Monitor the use of the brand and products within clients' e-commerce sites and digital platforms;
  • Organize and oversee execution of the media plan with the agency and produce performance reports;
  • Support annual Marketing planning with a focus on brand building;
  • Prepare presentations to support Coordination and Management;
  • Track and monitor social listening on social networks and other digital touchpoints;
  • Control approved budgets and payment flows for invoices related to the projects under your responsibility.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of marketing, social media, content creation, Ads and editing tools can contribute to day-to-day activities;
  • Completed high school or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising or related fields can be a useful foundation;
  • Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and marketing tools is welcome, and can also be developed on the job
