About the role

  • Assist in monitoring the performance of Nutrition and Wellness products (sell-in and sell-out) and develop and implement action plans to address major deviations;
  • Monitor the routine of new product projects and maintain strong interaction with the cross-functional team to ensure their execution;
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' actions using market intelligence tools and benchmarks;
  • Support the annual Marketing planning with a focus on Nutrition and Wellness;
  • Support the process of packaging renewals and artwork changes;
  • Prepare presentations to support Management;
  • Track and monitor product complaints via Customer Service (SAC) and actions taken by Trade and Communications;
  • Control approved budgets and the payment flow of invoices for projects under your responsibility;
  • Support P&L management, working with the team to evaluate opportunities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of category marketing or market intelligence tools such as Scanntech, Mintel, Nielsen and Euromonitor is a plus
  • High school diploma; ongoing university studies or completed higher education is desirable
  • Experience using Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and familiarity with marketing and market analysis tools
