About the role

  • Create logistics dashboards in Power BI and/or Qlik Sense, build dynamic reports, and automate spreadsheets to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Automate logistics processes and reports using tools such as VBA and Python
  • Manage data using database tools and SQL
  • Map and standardize processes and develop operational procedures
  • Oversee logistics performance indicators
  • Prepare presentations summarizing the area's results

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience: Experience in a Logistics Control Tower or similar areas (Transportation, Routing, Freight, or Reverse Logistics)
  • Knowledge/Skills: Desirable knowledge of TMS, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), and ERP TOTVS (preferred)
