Data and Compliance Integrity Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You’ll lead our compliance operations, overseeing funding accuracy, audit readiness, and data quality ensuring we stay ahead of every rule change and regulation.
- You’ll collaborate across teams to make sure compliance doesn’t just protect what we do, it empowers it.
- You’ll design, implement and oversee a compliant onboarding process, ensuring eligibility checks, prior attainment and evidence are complete and accurate.
- You’ll implement regular file audits and data validation checks, ensuring everything stands up to DfE, Ofsted and EPAO scrutiny.
- You'll help teams understand not just *what* compliance requires, but *why* it matters, building confidence, accountability, and consistency at every level.
- You'll be an experienced leader within compliance and know all there is to know about apprenticeship funding rules, audits, quality assurance and compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have been there and done that on Apprenticeship Compliance, Compliance Operations, Department for Education funding rules and regulations, Ofsted regulations and requirements, Exams and End Point Assessment.

Comp & perks- Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum (DOE)
