About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You’ll lead our compliance operations, overseeing funding accuracy, audit readiness, and data quality ensuring we stay ahead of every rule change and regulation.
You’ll collaborate across teams to make sure compliance doesn’t just protect what we do, it empowers it.
You’ll design, implement and oversee a compliant onboarding process, ensuring eligibility checks, prior attainment and evidence are complete and accurate.
You’ll implement regular file audits and data validation checks, ensuring everything stands up to DfE, Ofsted and EPAO scrutiny.
You'll help teams understand not just *what* compliance requires, but *why* it matters, building confidence, accountability, and consistency at every level.
You'll be an experienced leader within compliance and know all there is to know about apprenticeship funding rules, audits, quality assurance and compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have been there and done that on Apprenticeship Compliance, Compliance Operations, Department for Education funding rules and regulations, Ofsted regulations and requirements, Exams and End Point Assessment.
