About the role
- Own day-to-day administration, optimisation, and integration of our GTM tech stack, with a core focus on HubSpot and complementary tools (e.g., Clay, Sales Navigator, telephony, enrichment, quoting).
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to translate business needs into scalable, efficient system workflows
- Collaborate on GTM data governance efforts, identifying and resolving data integrity issues to ensure reliable reporting
- Lead the rollout of new tools and enhancements, owning documentation, testing, and change management
- Help evaluate, implement, and maintain integrated systems within the GTM stack to drive efficiency and insight across revenue teams
- Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation
- Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of GTM teams on tools and systems best practices
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience with HubSpot (certification preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with integrated GTM tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Nav, telephony a plus
- Strong understanding of sales processes and data architecture across the funnel
- A systems thinker who enjoys solving cross-functional problems and bringing order to ambiguity
- Comfortable managing projects end-to-end, including scoping, execution, and stakeholder alignment
- Able to think strategically about systems design, balancing immediate needs with scalable long-term architecture
- Proactive and resourceful - you anticipate problems and take ownership to drive solutions without being prompted
- Curious about AI and excited to help bring intelligent automation into our GTM workflows
- You thrive in early-stage environments and are energized by designing the architecture to seeing it in action.
