Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within the EMEA region.
Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and social media to initiate conversations with direct and partner prospects.
Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of TRAILD products.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team and exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Be flexible with working hours for onboarding and "call jacking" sessions.
Requirements
Previous sales experience (background in ERP or Accounts Payable is an asset).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scale up environment.
Experience carrying and exceeding KPI’s and targets.
A love and desire for engaging with new people.
Able to work independently and is self-motivated.
Coachable and growth-orientated.
Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth, hands-on execution, adaptability, and the scale-up spirit.
Willingness to be flexible with working hours, including participating in "call jacking" sessions and attending meetings outside standard working hours (particularly during onboarding).
