Sales Development Rep

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts within the EMEA region.
• Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and social media to initiate conversations with direct and partner prospects.
• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
• Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of TRAILD products.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team and exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos scheduled.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Be flexible with working hours for onboarding and "call jacking" sessions.
