Data Scraping: source and extract prospect or market data from public and third-party tools to build and enrich lead lists.
Lead & Data Management: wash and enrich leads, prepare them for distribution, load into HubSpot, and run periodic audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Reporting & Analysis: generate sales and marketing reports, analyse lead performance (lost reasons, conversion, ERP trends, forecasting), and surface insights for leadership.
Operational Enablement: support lead distribution, sales adherence notifications, and preparation of weekly reporting packs for senior leadership.
System Support: assist in testing sales and marketing automations in HubSpot before launch.
Sales Support: prepare standardised customer proposals and source new lead opportunities from online channels.
Documentation: capture and maintain procedures in Confluence for visibility and process consistency.
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in data operations, sales operations, or marketing operations (B2B SaaS/tech a plus).
Comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot strongly preferred) and enrichment tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Sales Navigator).
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Analytical with a strong operational mindset; detail-oriented and comfortable working with spreadsheets and bulk data.
Curious and resourceful — eager to learn, ask questions, and improve processes.
Strong written English communication skills; confident documenting and sharing processes.
Thrives in a fast-moving, scale-up environment; collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to take initiative beyond assigned tasks.
