Early Career Water Resources Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Construct hydrologic and hydraulic models for various projects
- Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses requiring water resources input
- Prepare engineering calculations, designs, and data analysis
- Prepare technical reports to communicate design intent and findings
- Conduct fieldwork including site investigations and monitoring
- Provide environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance services, and permitting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in water resources, environmental, or civil engineering or similar (required)
- Advanced degree in water resources, environmental, or civil engineering or similar (preferred)
- Prior co-op or internship experience in environmental or civil consulting (preferred)
- Experience with engineering software including SWMM and Hec-RAS (preferred)
- Eligible to be licensed to practice as a professional engineer in Ontario (required)
- Valid Canadian driver’s license and satisfactory driving record for business travel (required)
