About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Construct hydrologic and hydraulic models for various projects
  • Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses requiring water resources input
  • Prepare engineering calculations, designs, and data analysis
  • Prepare technical reports to communicate design intent and findings
  • Conduct fieldwork including site investigations and monitoring
  • Provide environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance services, and permitting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in water resources, environmental, or civil engineering or similar (required)
  • Advanced degree in water resources, environmental, or civil engineering or similar (preferred)
  • Prior co-op or internship experience in environmental or civil consulting (preferred)
  • Experience with engineering software including SWMM and Hec-RAS (preferred)
  • Eligible to be licensed to practice as a professional engineer in Ontario (required)
  • Valid Canadian driver’s license and satisfactory driving record for business travel (required)
