Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and maintenance of project cost and schedule baselines, using tools like Primavera and Cobra to track performance and forecast outcomes
Drive project reporting by coordinating and leading status updates, analyzing earned value metrics, and identifying risks and opportunities early
Develop guidelines and desktop procedures
Mentor team members on cost and schedule control practices
Support risk management efforts to ensure projects stay aligned with scope, budget, and timelines in a high-performance environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of science degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience (required)
2+ years of project controls experience required
Active Q Clearance
Experience with Cobra or similar cost processing tools
Knowledge of earned value management
Knowledge of Primavera P6
Knowledge of risk management processes and associated tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship
Must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance
