About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with corporate accounting, finance and tax team to analyze financial information.
- Liaison with the right people within the organization to gather the information required for analysis.
- Understand the three financial statements of the firm, with focus on cash flow.
- Understand the industry in which Geosyntec operates in.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED). (required)
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program focused in Finance. (required)
- Coursework in accounting and corporate finance. (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. (required)
- Ability to remain motivated even when performing repetitive tasks. (required)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on skills leveraging Excel for complex tasks. (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (required)
- Satisfactory completion of a background check to ensure confidentiality with client information. (required)
