About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and deliver the administration of the Company’s benefit programs across global locations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of benefit offerings and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide high-quality, solution-oriented responses to inquiries and support escalation of complex issues
  • Partner closely with Benefits management and other teams to support benefit initiatives
  • Play an active role in auditing and analyzing benefit data and billing, contributing to benefit-related projects and compliance
  • Exercise professional judgment in supporting day-to-day benefits operations
  • Manage benefit invoice payments by analyzing, auditing, reconciling, and resolving billing discrepancies
  • Conduct special projects as needed, including preparing reports and supporting reporting requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of progressive professional experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), including using Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP
  • Certification in related field (i.e., CEBS, etc.) (preferred)
  • Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefit administration systems, UKG Pro and PlanSource (preferred)
  • Some knowledge of international benefit and leave programs (preferred)
  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and applicable federal and state laws and regulations (required)
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy (required)
  • Demonstrative ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism (required)
  • High-quality customer service skills to manage employee inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and sound judgment (required)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines (required)
  • Excellent communication skills which facilitate effective verbal and written communication internally and externally (required)
  • Ability to travel occasionally (required)
