Develop compliant, comprehensive, and compelling submittals (proposals and opportunity-specific statements of qualifications (SOQs))
Responsible for managing, scheduling, editing, and producing proposals
Work requires the exercise of considerable initiative and independent judgment
Coordinate the development of new material and updates to existing material
Assist with content for online presence
Draft content such as introduction, win themes, proof statements, relevant experience
Assist with the preparation and/or assembly of written and visual information for client presentations
Help to produce SOQs/proposals, including editing and graphics
Monitors sources of industry-related market information

Requirements

A Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience, Associates degree and 4 years of experience, or 6 years of marketing experience
Demonstrated writing skills
Formatting, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
Windows proficiency including, MS Professional (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and typing ability
Familiarity with Illustrator and some graphic design experience (preferred)
Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workflow
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to perform effectively under tight deadlines
Valid U.S. driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel
