About the role
- Researching, collecting, organizing, and summarizing historic environmental documents
- Technical writing of reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals
- Data input and analysis, including preparing maps, tables, and figures
- Follow instructions and interact with engineers, scientists, geologists, office administrative staff, contractors and construction personnel
- Assist with environmental due diligence (Phase I/II ESAs)
- Potential for fieldwork such as site visits, soil and groundwater sampling, stormwater inspections, and drilling and contractor oversight
Requirements
- Currently registered in a Bachelor’s or Master’s university degree program in a relevant science or engineering discipline
- Degree focus area in geology, environmental science, environmental or water resources engineering
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Outstanding academic credentials and exceptional interpersonal, technical writing, and problem-solving skills.
