Partner directly with Founder & CEO as strategic operator, problem-solver, and force multiplier across the organization
Act as a connector between teams, an accelerator for decision-making, and a catalyst for growth
Prepare briefings, dashboards, and executive insights; prioritize and triage meetings and strategic initiatives
Lead 2–3 high-impact initiatives at a time (partnerships, process redesign, new market launches)
Own OKR tracking and drive accountability across teams; resolve blockers and streamline execution
Build mentoring/coaching frameworks; organize management offsites, 1:1 cadences, and performance reviews
Build and manage dashboards across HubSpot, Asana, Google Suite, and QuickBooks; analyze trends in sales, marketing funnels, and customer engagement
Partner with finance on budgeting, identify cost savings, support financial modeling
Implement and optimize tools and systems; utilize Hubspot, Google Suite, Asana, Kixie, Workable and iOS; leverage AI to streamline scaling
Lead all-hands, internal updates, employee engagement; represent Founder/CEO in meetings, draft memos, lead external communications
Launch pilots, new verticals, lead strategic research, competitive intelligence, or M&A due diligence; step in as interim leader
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles at high-growth startups
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and structured communication skills
Highly analytical and comfortable with data-driven decision-making
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and managing complex projects

High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority
Bonus: Experience in hospitality, tech platforms, or marketplace businesses
