Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and mentor a team of commerce specialists and people managers.
Own and manage key client relationships as the senior Commerce leader.
Champion Tinuiti’s product and technology suite within commerce delivery.
Oversee the analysis of complex commerce performance data; ensure recommendations are evidence‑based, measurable, and tied to client KPIs.
Oversee development and execution of comprehensive commerce strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years in commerce / e‑commerce / retail media / marketplace roles,
5+ years leading teams (ICs and/or managers)
Strong familiarity with commerce media and marketplace ecosystems (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Criteo and similar)
Comfortable guiding teams in data interpretation, testing fundamentals, and measurement‑informed decision making
Proven ability to partner with Client Partners, Creative, Analytics, and other channels to deliver cohesive commerce strategies.
Strong executive‑ready storytelling and client presence; able to drive alignment, decisions, and accountability.
