About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into effective paid social strategies.
Deliver regular updates, reports, and strategic recommendations based on campaign analysis.
Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and inspire the team towards achieving objectives.
Research and implement innovative tactics and trends in paid social media marketing.
Utilize robust analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
Stay abreast of industry standards, platform changes, and algorithm updates.
Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on setup, optimization, and continual improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7 years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and BeReal are a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Management experience preferred.
Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
