Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of holistic, enterprise-level measurement frameworks that move beyond channel-specific metrics.
Build and maintain deep-seated relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Serve as the strategic connection between Planning, Investment, and Strategy teams.
Distill highly complex statistical concepts into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
Mentor junior analysts, elevating their ability to tell stories with data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or management consulting, with at least 4 years in a high-level client-facing leadership role.
Proven track record of designing measurement frameworks for global brands.
Deep familiarity with the application and interpretation of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Incrementality testing.
Prior experience in the CPG/Retail sector is highly preferred.
Exceptional presentation skills; ability to command a room and influence senior decision-makers.
