About the role
- Manage billing for enterprise-level clients
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to validate billing inputs
- Review and maintain billing schedules, perform reconciliations
- Identify inefficiencies or recurring billing issues and drive solutions
- Support month-end close processes by ensuring timely revenue recognition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of direct billing, including managing enterprise-level accounts with complex contracts
- Familiarity with ERP and billing systems; Salesforce and Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, error checking)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
