About the role

  • - Define and drive the DevOps platform strategy and roadmap across the organization.
  • - Lead the design and implementation of scalable, self-service infrastructure platforms that enable engineering teams
  • - Architect, standardize, and implement container orchestration strategies across multiple clusters and environments (Azure & on-prem).
  • - Ensure high availability for SQL/NoSQL databases, APIs, and front-end services
  • - Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives and implement FinOps practices
  • - Define and drive SLO/SLI frameworks and error budgets across services
  • - Establish observability best practices and drive adoption of SRE principles
  • - Champion DevSecOps practices, integrating security scanning, compliance automation, and vulnerability management into CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • - Proven track record of leading complex infrastructure projects and driving organizational change
  • - Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages with ability to build production-grade automation tools and services
  • - Proficient in Linux system administration
  • - Experience with at least one scripting language (e.g. Bash, Python)
  • - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Azure Pipelines
  • - Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
  • - Experience with capacity planning, performance tuning, and large-scale infrastructure optimization
