Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare job aids and daily step review templates for Quality Assurance Department.
  • Prepare audit templates and job aids for Quality Control staff.
  • Train and manage team of Quality Assurance specialists.

What you’ll need
  • Experience working for a default firm is recommended but not required.
  • Experience managing multiple direct reports.
