About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare job aids and daily step review templates for Quality Assurance Department.
- Prepare audit templates and job aids for Quality Control staff.
- Train and manage team of Quality Assurance specialists.
- Train and manage team of Quality Control specialists.
- Measure departmental performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Analyze preliminary audit findings and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Track operational remedial efforts to completion and ensure compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working for a default firm is recommended but not required.
- Experience managing multiple direct reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills; the position requires the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
