About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review of the Supervising Attorney
- Organize case files, track legal deadlines and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics.
- Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales.
- Assist in preparation in advance of appearances.
- Collaborate with members of the state team.
- Actively participate in weekly state meetings.
- Engage with Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meeting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- J.D., licensed and in good standing in all jurisdictions
- Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
