About the role

  • Manage Linux systems and automation with Ansible
  • Create, maintain and optimize playbooks for critical environments
  • Automate the installation and configuration of OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms
  • Work with container technologies and CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitor and ensure system performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field
  • Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in Linux systems administration, with a strong focus on automation using Ansible
  • Solid experience creating, maintaining and optimizing Ansible playbooks, roles and collections for critical, scalable environments
  • Proven experience automating the installation, configuration and operation of OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms
  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu Server
  • Ansible and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes (administration, upgrades and troubleshooting)
  • Container technologies (Podman, Docker)
  • CI/CD and GitOps (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps)
  • Rook/Ceph
  • Virtualized infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and bare-metal
  • Monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus
  • Observability and logging with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Fluentd, Kibana)
  • Certificate management and SSL/TLS
  • Strong focus on automation, standardization and continuous improvement
  • CKA – Certified Kubernetes Administrator required, plus one of: CKAD – Certified Kubernetes Application Developer; CKS – Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist
  • Ansible Automation Platform and/or Red Hat certifications are highly valued.
