Customer Success Manager – Construction Industry, Digitalization

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Customer Success Manager, you are the central interface between the product and the customer.
- You support prospects and customers in digitizing their processes – from the first demo to successful everyday use.
- Conducting online demos & product presentations
- Advising customers on digitizing their processes
- Supporting prospects through to decision (including closing)
- Managing existing customers & expanding collaboration
- Supporting onboarding & implementation
- Presenting TimeSec at events & conferences
- Close collaboration with Product & Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent German skills (C2 / native level)
- Enjoy interacting directly with customers
- Interest in digitalization & SaaS
- Openness, strong communication skills & empathy
- Solution-oriented thinking
- Comfortable presenting and speaking with customers
- Ideally some prior experience in customer-facing roles (not required)
