About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, help texts, and product-specific materials
Documentation of and support for internal processes
Conducting research and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities
Analyzing customer feedback and developing recommendations for action
Supporting the design of new features and the optimization of existing ones

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program or completed vocational training in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
Interest in digital products and SaaS solutions
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Independent, structured work style and strong teamwork skills
Previous exposure to the construction industry is an advantage but not required
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
